Step 1: Take a paper fold it in two equal halves. Draw a semi-circle with the help of a cap or protector.
Step 2: Now, draw the neck of the pot as shown below and cut out the pot carefully.
Step 3: Now take brown paper and, with the help of the previous paper, cut out the haandi. Paste glitter paper as shown below.
Step 4: With the help of a punching machine, collect a lot of small circular paper and stick it below the glitter paper. Now take the chakra-type cloth decorative item and glow it as shown in the pictures.
Step 5: Now, place the glitter paper on it as well in small circular shapes and put small bindies over it.

Step 2: Take a needle and a long, strong string. Now start inserting the ribbon into it. You can also insert the ribbon in a twisting and turning manner. Now, similarly, insert the 2-3 different colors of ribbons. Now with the help of a rose tail, insert 4-5 roses as well.
Step 3: Now, take the red ribbon in a much larger amounts than the rest of the ribbons. Try to keep it broader as well. Now, put the roses again and start filling in the opposite manner. Now, similarly, prepare the other side of the Garland.
Step 6: Now, tie the ribbons at both ends.
